Error message when buying, customer service error when trying to contact. Error Codes: 70049 70084

I'm unable to purchase from a seller I've purchased from in the past. I can buy other items with no issues. I had 5 items in my cart, when I tried to pay it gives me an error. Took awhile but I was able to purchase each item in my cart 1 at a time except for this one giving me an error Error Codes: 70049 70084 . It seems to be linked to this seller, I tryied to buy another auction they have listed but I get the same error. Then when I try to contact curtomer service I get this "

 

Something went wrong. We’re sorry.

Uncertain what to do here, need help resolving the issue but I can't contact customer serivce, ironic rite. I attached some screen shots in the order they happen, the last one is the customer service error. Need some Google AI up in here, up in here. Yall gone make me loose my mind, up in here, up in here -DMX

I have got that error code and although it is an eBay /Pay Pal secret there are a few things You can do. 

 

1) Check both eBay and Pay Pal and make sure ALL the  information Matches. Things like Addresses, names the same, phone numbers ( for instance one Might be Alfred and one named AL)

2) Check Your account settings and make sure both Pay pal and eBay are hooked together. If they are UNHOOK them wait a little while and then rehook them. (account settings)

3) Make sure ALL the credit/debit cards Have a current balance on them. Also make sure the Address on You credit/cards  are right and match name on Credit/ debit cards Names are the same and match.

4) Some Sellers don't accept echecks, are you trying to use an echeck? 

5) Some Sellers might have their settings so they don't accept money in the currency that You are using.

6)Make sure the Seller will accept money from a PO box address are You using a PO Box?

7) be sure and check Your Pay pal Account and make sure they don't have a message to You requesting more information. They will disable any  account  IF they don't get nthe information they are seeking.

😎 Have Your checking account verified IF it is not. Make sure pay Pal has the right checking account information.

9) Transfer money from Your checking account to Your Pay Pal and leave a balance in it. Pay Pal sometime wants a Balance,like a checking account, then they remove Money directly from Your PP balance. (So, keep enough in PP to pay for current purchased items.)

10) Try checking out on the Purchase Order page. 

11) When I check out I always checked out 1 Seller at a time. I had problems when I checked out ALL of My purchases from All of My Sellers at ONE TIME...

12) Check All transactions on PP/eBay and make sure they are All accurate. 

13) For safety change Your log-ins for both PP and eBay.

14) If none of that works or If YOU ARE in a hurry got to Walmart and buy a Debit card, register it, and put the amount of money You need for your purchases on it. I have NEVER had that Not got through. Pay Pal has no risk with Debit cards. 

15) At some point call both eBay and Pay Pal and ask them what might be the problem. This does not always work and sometimes they will send You back and forth not really telling You the problem...They did that months for me. Both of them NOT telling me what the problem is/was., BOTH insisting that I had a pristein account. I finally figured it out on My own what the problem was...I am not willing to share that as it was/is a security issue. You might have to ask  PP or eBay to connect Customer Services together and working out the problem together
