Hi everyone I have the issue with the above and unable to buy anythign because of it. I pay for purchases via paypal instantly and have good ratings.

Is there way to resolve there as there are few books I would like to purchase. I have contacted e bay support but am still waiting for a response.

For refence I have only purchased books so its not an import/geographical issue.

Error code: 70226: To ensure that eBay remains a safe marketplace, we limit the quantity of items that can be bought or sold by a single account at one time. These limits may change over time and are determined by your previous site activity and overall performance.Aug 15, 2013

Although you have been registered since 2013, you may be considered a new buyer, since you only have 17 feedback, and all new buyers have account limits.

You resolve this by establishing a history of successfully completed (paid for) transactions. All new buyers have limits. You just ran into yours. Sorry.
