I placed an order, and on August 31 ebay sent me an out for delivery notification.
The item never came, it was due at the latest september 4th.
When I track it there is nothing saying anything about being out for delivery.
I can track it on the ebay global shipping, and on fedex, but the other tracking number doesn't work. Ebay told me it's for purolator, which is the carrier delivering it. I contacted pitney bowes, they told me to contact ebay, which I already did.
I contaced purolator, and they said they need a valid tracking number to help me.
This never happened before when Canada post was the delivery carrier.

1) WHY would you "use global shipping from Kentucky to Arizona"? the United States is not "global", and "December" wasnt 20 days from KY to AZ...unless someone WALKED it there for delivery.
The Global Shipping is GARBAGE. (aka: Kentucky to ENGLAND or POLAND or AUSTRALIA) not "Arizona". (seems like a gazillion miles away with that idiot Sinema in charge like Neville Chaimberlain, but alas...still "good ol USPS."
the GLOBAL thing? stinks. Period.
And it always has. Ebays way of "trying to put its NAME on packaging (or re-packaging) tape that YOU sent...so that THEY can "free advertise" (all the while OVERCHARGING YOUR customer).
It is a scam. Period.
I can send it better and FASTER myself from here to Afghanistan. And since "Ebay" can't even fix it's bogus zero bidders thing...the LAST thing I ever want is those jagoffs handling packages for OUR customers.
they make ENOUGH money...of of US already. No need to defend their latest "creation". because it is an albatross.

My friend bought a helmet liner for £200 from a seller in the UK, and also paid for the extortionate global shipping program. My friend never got his item, and eBay refunded him his money, but the seller got nothing, as they said the seller couldn’t post a helmet liner, as it was restricted goods. What a total load of **bleep**. This is just another case of ripping off the public, just like the price of fuel and food and energy prices. Best to just contact the seller, and give them your address and post code etc, so they can find out how much normal postage will be. The buyer will need to have an address on the eBay postal addresses in the same country as the seller, so that you can go through check out, then the seller can post to the buyers real address. The seller can always add a fee to the invoice,to cover postage to another country.

It is just another stealth tax by the big corporations. No different to the inflation on fuel, food, etc etc etc. Give seller your real address in your country with post code, the seller then finds out how much the real postage is to the buyers country, and adds that to the invoice. Buyer just needs to have a postal address in the same country as the seller, just to get through eBay check out, without the globule **bleep**ting program. Seller could always do a new listing for the same item, including the price of postage, but just say free postage, so that buyer can get the postage at the real price, or for free if in same country . The other way is to have your item sent to a friend in the same country as the seller, then get your friend to post it to you.
