Ebay unable to create Nectar voucher

Though I have had no problems in the past I now find eBay is unable to create Nectar vouchers.

I am now getting the message 'We ran into a problem and can't create your voucher right now. Please try again later'

I have tried over  a few days with no success.

Any idea of the issue?

Nectar vouchers are a UK thing, so you may have better results asking on the UK boards.
