Ebay shows purchaed Item is still shipping but it's well past 30 days now

I purchased two items from a seller located in Italy. I was in constant contact with the seller well past the 30 days purchase mark. The seller assured me the item was running late. The item is still showing shipping in Ebay but I can no longer reach the seller.  How can I reach ebay to have someone look into this. Thanks

@sing-it-slo,

You have u-p to 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute through ebay.  If that date has passed and you paid using PayPal they give you 180 days from the date you paid to file an INR through them.  If you paid with a credit card call the number on the back of the card and ask them how long you are protected after you buy an item.

All of this is covered by ebay's money back guarantee (MBG)  policy, which since you've been an ebay member for about 17 years you should know its terms by now.  There's a link to the policy on almost all listing pages..

You do not need to reach eBay to resolve your problem.  There was an estimated delivery date in the listing.

Has that date passed by more than a few days, but less than 30.  All you need to do is open an item not received case.

Please read the Money Back Guarantee.

Your 30 day window runs from the estimated delivery date (the end date if you were given a range) you were given when you paid (check your order confirmation email).  The estimated date given in Puchase History sometimes changes with updates from the carrier, but it is the one that you were given at payment that controls when you can file under the Money Back Guarantee.

If you don't get a package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there.  If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
