I bought gift card on egifter, then go to ebay and buy something, when I added code to oder, it said Cant applies this code to my order and gift card turn to 0.
I contact support, and they tell me send following information:
For digital gift cards, all of following information is required:
- A photo of the redemption code(s) email confirmation with header information. Header information must show the email address of the sender and recipient.
- A photo of the receipt or purchase confirmation email used to purchase the eBay gift card(s)
- A handwritten note containing your eBay username and the current date. The handwritten note must be included in every photo.
After I send all to them, they send me and email, said that: "
Based on the documents submitted, eBay is unable to make a final determination on the ownership of the gift cards and unable to recover any funds"
and my gift card gone forever, now ebay being fking scam me
