Ebay item not as describe choice is gone in return option…now what?

I bid on a ring and won low price…description clearly say 14kt solid gold 4ct pear cut  Moissanite Ring  with authenticity card  but when Ring arrived, pear cut is not 4ct but 3ct and 14k is only 925 stamp and Moissanite is just CZ stone. No authenticity card no nothing came with it.

I test the stone with Diamond tester 4 times and show as glass or cz …all my other Moissanite rings and diamond jewelry pass the test but not this one.

I pay low price by bidding but 925 cz ring it’s too expensive….I don’t need nor want cheap cz ring.

so I want to return but there is no right option to choose from…

this is only option now…ebay changed.

It's a phased rollout. Some are seeing the new view, most are still on the old view. You'll see the new view eventually.

'phased rollout'....maybe some people return more items than other people so changes are for those who       make too many returns.  Or depending on the item(s)...items have different return reasons.

I mean, we don't exactly work at eBay.

I never returned anything...I would just resell it.
