I have been buying on ebay for well over 20 years and I will no longer buy on ebay until the check-out payment policies get straightened out.
I cannot understand why ebay has chosen to force the buyer to make payment instantly and also to not allow the buyer to decide how to make payment. I had been using Paypal's Pay in 4 option and now that is not possible. The last two purchases I made were immediately taken from my credit card and that is when I chose to no longer bid on anything or make any purchases.
If and when this changes back, I will return to bidding and buying.
I wonder who's decision this was to throw an wrench into this previously smooth procedure.
