i Got a car listing off of Facebook Marketplace and was told to contact them through email and the person said they’re selling the car through eBay and I’m now very sceptical of it all. Is it a scam or nah

No, that's an old scam.

Ebay has nothing to do with vehicles listed on FB.

Report the listing to FB.

It's not an email from ebay and ebay doesn't have anything to do with items listed on other websites. 

It's ALWAYS a scam.

eBay's buyer protections are not extended to items found on other sites like Craig's list, Market place etc..  eBay does not have holding centers, they do not ship items, nor do they offer Free transportation, with 5 day inspection periods.   Had you taken this transaction further, you would have been asked to purchase gift cards to pay for the car, and once you gave the scammer their codes, your money would be gone.
