Hello! I have bought a PS Vita and the item was defective. I opened a case and for days the seller wanted to send a partial refund. I said no many times and this seller would harass me. He finally accepted the return, only for him to tell me that I have to pay for shipping. He said he would send payment for the shipping. I paid for shipping and he received the item.  He never once messaged me back regarding my payment for shipping costs.  He waited for days just to refund my item.  The case automatically closed because he waited until 11:57 to refund the payment so I could not escalate it to eBay.  Just three minutes until I was able to escalate the case to eBay so I can get my shipping cost. This seller has done this many times. Just by looking at their eBay feedback. Is there anything I can do? Besides report the seller. Do not buy from this scammer.

The sellers feedback is the biggest warning - it is terrible.

Check FB before buying would be my only advice for the future, that is what it is there for.

I do not know if there is any way to get shipping refunded, you could try opening another case in MBG as I think there is an area where more detail can be given - someone who is more up to date with this should be a long shortly

If you opened a case for a defective item, the seller only had three days to ignore this or string you along before eBay steps in and basically awards you the item and a full refund.
