Didn't get package

Okay so I ordered a phone from this seller... I had to do an invoice for some reason in order to get the phone... he shipped it out supposedly and I have yet to receive it. I spent over $400 on the phone and now the seller is ignoring me and everyday. I can't ask eBay for help because I can't track the package or nothing

Did you pay with PayPal or your credit card? If yes file an item not received case with them. I'm wondering if you got a fake email saying you won but really didn't. If the item isn't showing up in your purchase history you may have been spoofed. What did the invoice say you were paying for? Did it show the correct ebay item number? Please tell me it didn't say send cash to a friend or something similar.

Go to the eBay resolution center & file an item not received claim. If you don't see it there, go to Paypal & file your claim. I'm really sorry op.

I don't see screen shots from the op, but another poster has posted screen shots of one of their transactions, perhaps that is what you see ?

I'm not understanding what you mean by "... had to do an invoice..."  An invoice is a bill sent by sellers and all a buyer does is pay it.  If the invoice wasn't sent through eBay by the seller, why would you pay it if it was an on eBay transaction?
