Delete negative feedback based on misunderstanding

Hi,

I left a negative comment for a seller, but it was a misunderstanding on my end and the problem was then resolved. Could anyone please help me remove the feedback? I already added a second comment stating this, but would still like it removed.

The only way to change the feedback is to have the seller send you a formal "Feedback revision request." If he doesn't know how to do that, send him this link:
