i only have one issue with this (select Default payment) on Offers , as i sometimes use the Paypal Pay in 4 Plan, and thats not an Option with when i make an offer., it only lets me select my credit cards or Paypal linked to my Bank or Paypay Credit, Its missing the Paypal Pay in 4 Option, which i do sometimes use.

PayPal pay in 4 is a line of credit. Credit cards or debit cards used either through PayPal or on their own are not.

A credit card and Paypal will pre-authorize the amount of the offer. Pay in 4 may not have the ability to do that.

Actually the plan is missing more than that. No ApplePay that has discounts, no GooglePay, no spendable funds, can't use any eBay points or coupons, can't use any seller coupons or make use of promotions such as 'buy two get free shipping' or the like, and no combined orders/shipping.
Since each offer with the same seller is now a separate transaction, you pay the full shipping price even if five of your offers are accepted. Sellers that want multiple sales to the same buyer will eventually figure out that paying the extra fees on those five items cost them money. Five separate transactions are going to need five individual shipping labels with tracking. They pay 5 x .30 cents ($1.50) instead of .30 cents. eBay is happy.

Yeah, and it’s total bulls**t too. I prefer to use pay in 4 myself, it’s a great option. This is clearly one of those situations where shady non-payers have really ruined it for the rest of us🫤
I’ve tried to contact eBay about this but naturally….crickets🙄
