Debit Card Issue

HI,

I already add my debit card to payment. Because that time i no need to add my card time to time . 

But sometimes when im going to buy some product i cannot use my card. Its shows some issues . But after some time later i can use that . If someone have like this experience  please let me know how its going to be solved ?

The issue is not with eBay, it's with the Sri Lankan banking system. So only your bank can tell you how it's going to be solved.

Your government's website has explained that at times some banks in Sri Lanka will be limiting foreign transactions. 

That's because your country's foreign reserves are very low and your bank can't make the currency conversion needed for some outgoing payments. A few weeks ago BBC also predicted some banks in Sri Lanka are collapsing or on the brink. Call your bank and ask them why they're blocking your payment.
