Was it sold with a damaged screen and described as having a damaged screen? If so, it's all yours.

Was it damaged in transit? If so, file a not as described complaint within 30 days of receipt.

Damage Phone Warranty Help

My guess...
You bought the Straight Talk LG that was listed as New/Brand New Factory Sealed Box and you received it undamaged (because you left positive feedback for the phone)
...then something happened and the screen broke, and you are wondering if a warranty covers the damage.

Straight Talk's return policy is this;

"Store Purchases . If you purchased a Straight Talk phone from a retailer or wireless dealer (and not from Straight Talk directly either by phone or online), your Phone purchase is subject to that retailer’s return policy. To determine whether your purchase is eligible for return, please contact the store where you originally made your purchase."

I don't think there is a warranty that covers the broken screen while in your possession, and certainly not from the seller.

I think you are on your own and would have to get the repair done somewhere at your expense. Maybe somewhere local?

If I am incorrect in my guess, and the phone arrived damaged then you do what southern*sweet*tea said and file a case.

Your local mall probably has a repair service available. I'm doubting any warranty would cover that
