I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A RETURN LABEL FROM E-BAY FOR WEEKS !!!!!..THEY SENT ME SOME **bleep** "QR" CODE THAT DID NOT BELONG TO THE POST OFFICE NOR ANY UPS STORE......I HATE THESE PEOPLE..THEN.................THEY STATE THAT THEIR SITE IS DOWN  DUE TO  TECK PROBLEMS !..ALWAYS THE **bleep** RUN AROUND !!!!!..DO NOT SHOP E-BABY !!!

Return to the case and see if you can download the shipping label.

Make sure you are signed in to the same account you used to make the original purchase; this account was only created about two weeks ago.

If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your account, then use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest purchase.

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

having same problems getting hold of eBay received a damaged  item badly pact.  i do not have the facilitates needed to return ie take photos e or print labels every time i try to get eBay i just get the alternated system and i get no wear. eBay seem to be shirking there responsibility to there customers.

How is not being able to take a photo or print a shipping label Ebays fault?

There are a lot of places you can use to print a shipping label.

Copy a image from the listing and use it in the return.
