Counterfeit items and returns

I bought a couple of DS games from a seller in which I suspect were bootleg games earlier this year

I'm rather new to eBay, so I wasn't really aware of the dangers of widespread counterfeit games

Is there anything I can do about these games or am I stuck with them?

eBay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) gives you 30 days from tracking showing delivery, or from the last estimated delivery date if tracking is not used to file a Not As Described dispute. 

If it has been longer than 30 days since tracking showed delivery or the last estimated delivery date, you will have to file a not as described dispute through PayPal. However, PayPal requires you to pay the return shipping cost with tracking. eBay would make the seller pay the return cost.
