I received three bottles of counterfeit Nature’s Bounty Optimal Hair Growth Supplement 90 Capsules. The photograph in the listing was correct what l received wasn’t. The bottles had an obvious label that wasn’t anything like the original, the bottles were wider and shorter than the original. #1 Counterfeit — #2 Authentic

Return it for a refund as not as pictured or described. Stick to buying vitamin supplements locally.

Some things I just would not buy in a flea-market.

Honestly, they are very similar. Could be that the company changed their look and the size of the bottle. Do a google image search on each bottle individually before you do anything about it.

Companies change their packaging all the time.
My toothpaste container is the same size...but got reduced what is in it.
A pill for hair growth...hmm...how does the pill know you want more hair on the head and not in other places?

I just purchased 3 kinds of vitamins on ebay from 3 different sellers. I usually buy them from Fullscripts. 2 are Metagenics brand and 1 Thorne brand.
All 3 arrived and looked suspicious. One has a slightly different color logo, the other 2 came in plastic bottles and they have always come in glass bottles. I contacted all 3 sellers and asked them if they guarantee authenticity and they avoided the question by saying they get them from reputable suppliers and nobody has ever complained.
So I called the manufacturers and checked the lot numbers and sure enough they are all fake. Metagenics also said they ONLY use glass bottles.

You should have posted your own discussion, not piggybacked on an older one.
If you bought the items from the last seller you received feedback from, you should have checked their feedback profile before making the purchase. They seem to have sold many items that were not the named brand items that were advertised.
As long as you have not opened the bottles you can return the items by going to your purchase history and clicking on the More Actions button for each purchase. click on Return item, then from the list that opens choose Doesn't match photos or description. The seller will then have 3 days to respond by either sending you a return shipping label or a full refund if they do not want to pay the return shipping cost. If they do do either or respond at all, on day four open the dispute and use the Ask ebay to step in button, a refund will be issued. Leave an appropriate feedback before you get a refund.

Hi there:
Oh sorry - is this a help email strand? I just thought it was a section on the eBay site/forum to post things so other people could be warned about it. I really just googled "counterfeit vitamins on eBay" and the link brought me here. The 3 sellers had 98%+ positive reviews, many of which are about their vitamin sales.
I've already contacted the sellers/eBay for help and got refunds. I did select the doesn't match description option.
Thanks
