If you read and follow eBay's best practices for selling information, there isn't much more a seller can do to improve their service to buyers.  The biggest issue you may run into is problems with your suppliers, or interruptions during shipment.

If buyers are asking questions you should reply to them.

For some......It seems wisdom has been chasing you, but you have always been faster.

If a potential buyer asks questions then try and answer to the best of your abilities.

Use your own photos and description.   Anybody can see where you copied  them from, and where the the products can be purchased for less.   It does not inspire buyer trust or confidence in you at all.  Drop shipping is often an unsustainable business model.

Know more about the product you are selling than the buyer does. Share that knowledge in your product description.

 

Behave professionally, which means not answering questions from buyers who cannot read the obvious answer to their question in the listing. Blocking insulting buyers when it appears that they will tax your abilities to behave professionally.
