Contacting eBay

Apparently eBay doesn't want you to contact them!! All the automated crap shows that!!

A seller cancelled an order without letting me know. Have not heard anything at all. Tried to file a compliant, online of course, but get an error about a problem, try again later!!

Are you sure it was the seller?...and not eBay?

Sometimes eBay cancels a sale due to a buyer not a registered user.

There is a report seller option in the listing itself. Check and see if the seller still a registered user? If not, you wont be able to report them.

EBay doesn't need/want to be telephoned about it. 

Time may be better spent moving on to another seller.

You can report the seller using the link below. You can also have ebay call you or chat with a live agent online if need be. Your other option is contacting them on facebook
