Confused

Earlier today I ordered a product for $150, and I went to check the sellers account, and it says "sorry, this user was not found." The item hasn't been shipped yet, and I really don't want to have to refund it because I've wanted this product for awhile and can't find it anywhere else. I also don't know how their account would've been banned, since it said that they had only made one other sale. Will the item still come, or do I have to cancel it?

There are any number of reasons eBay would have removed the seller and not all of them would indicate you won't receive the package. But you're covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Look at your purchase history and find the last estimated delivery date. On the day after that date go to the item in your purchase history and select 'I didn't receive it' under More actions to open a case.

Btw, buyers can't unilaterally cancel a purchase. They can request a cancellation, but it requires seller approval.

Pull up the item under purchases.  Click the i did not receive button and see if it will let you file a case. If the seller has been removed from eBay you often don't have to wait to file.   I would go for the refund rather then hold out hope to receive the item in this case.
