I was cheated by JustAnswer, linked by eBay customer service chat.
Said to unswer a simple question by a (refunded ) cost of 1.10€, and ended by a charge of 55€ for subscription.
Seems this fraud is started with eBay customer support, or lack of it.
I see other complains on this.
What to do?

I'm sorry, but you were not dealing with eBay -- eBay does not charge anything for customer support. And they do not refer anyone to a fee-based website like JustAnswer.
Scammers post fake customer service phone numbers and websites for all kinds of companies. Most of the time when people get scammed like this, they tried to use a number or website they found through google or another search engine.
Try to cancel the subscription through your bank or credit card company, and see if you can do a chargeback to recover your money.

Sounds like you found a number claiming to be eBay customer service, but it's a scammer. eBay is not associated with that number you found.
Customer support on eBay is free.

If you paid that charge with a bank or credit card, contact your card company or bank. That service is not part of eBay. It was not eBay that directed you to them.

What Ebay site were you on?
