Changing feedback for a seller

I would like to change my neutral feedback to a positive feedback for the seller binbigdeals. I only see a section where you can leave a message but not how to change my feedback for this seller!! I need help please. If anyone knows could you please post it. Thanks much and enjoy your evening!!

The seller will need to send you a "Feedback Revision Request".

You will need to send the seller a regular message asking them to send you the formal request.

Once you have received the request, you fill in the details with what you would like your new feedback to state, submit the form, and the feedback should be automatically updated (there may be a slight delay in the update procedure).

If the seller is not familiar with this process, it may take them some time to find it within their selling options.

Why would you want to change that?  Did they send you the item after all?

Thanks much for your help!! He said he sent me a request but he just asked and I told him. He responded and stated he did but all he did was ask me I checked every email message. Now I don't feel so bad at least I tried and kept checking on how to do this. Your help is truly appreciated. Again thank you and have a great weekend!!
