Changing contact phone number so I can regain access to my account

How am I able to contact eBay about changing my contact phone number so that I can regain access to my account. I need to change the shipping address but I checked out as a guest since I don't know any of my login information other than the email.

Maybe try using the "forgot password" link at sign in and enter your email address.

You can contact eBay using this account, but you may have a hard time convincing eBay that you are the original account holder of your old account if all you know is the email address.

If you still have access to the email address used with your other account, you might be able to sign in using that email address as your username. If you do not know the password, you may be able to reset the password via email using the "Need help signing in?" link on the password entry page.

If that does not work, try the "please contact us" link at the bottom to chat with eBay -- without a valid phone number for your account you will likely not be able to get a call back.

No one in this forum can do that for you. This is a discussion board for eBay buyers and sellers. We don't have access to your account. You would need to make your own changes in Settings.
