Cart error!!!!

I keep getting a cart error (9999) saying that it can’t add an item to my cart. I’ve tried this with 10 different products from different sellers, I get the same message. There was a thread back from 2014 but it was never solved to my knowledge. Does anyone know anything??

Is your eBay app up-to-date? If not, try updating it and see if that does it.

Yes it’s updated. I’ve tried everything I could think of (deleting app and reinstalling, trying on another device, etc.)

You are a newish member who seemingly just started increasing your activity on ebay.  As a result they have placed limits on the number of purchases and dollar amount you can spend at one time.  (link below) Some sellers restrict how many items a person can buy from them at one time as well.

Instead of adding items to the cart, add them to your watch list.  Only add items to the cart when you are ready to pay, or just buy them from the listing directly. 

FYI, now is not the time to be buying from China
