Hi, I haven't used my PayPal account for a while until now, I'm trying to purchase an RTX 3090.

My PayPal account has the full funds to make the order, yet I'm being declined to be able to pay.

I've tried a Visa, I've tried my PayPal Mastercard, I've tried directly using my PayPal.

I've contacted support, and I've gotten nothing useful what so ever.

Have you contacted PayPal about this?  This sounds like more of a PayPal problem than an eBay one.

Yes, completely. Remember, I've tried other payment options including a Visa. PayPal says I'm capable and there is no restriction on my account.

If you're trying to buy on this account, it might be the dollar amount that's blocking you from buying.

They consider you a new buyer with limits.

That doesn't make sense, since it appears that the OP did buy it, but just can't pay for it.
