Hi,
I'm using the android app.
I cannot add items to cart. I only have buy it now and add to watch list options.
There is nothing in my cart (so 100 item limit doesn't apply).
I contacted the seller and he confirms he has not blocked me.
I tried other sellers, same result. No add to cart option.
Trying the buy it now option yields a pop up window with a terse message saying, We're sorry, there was an error.
Any help appreciated.

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app; many problems can be a result of using an old version of the app.
Are you able to add items to your cart if you use a browser instead of the app?

Yes. Bought from the seller before and he also confirms he has done many shipments to Malaysia.

Yes, I can add from browser, Google Chrome, on the same device.

Make sure your country in the app is set to a location those sellers ship to. And your shipping address as well.
In some cases, a problem with the app may be dealt with by uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then reinstalling the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install, if the problem had to do with a previous installation.

Location and address confirmed to be no problem.
I managed to add to basket, order and pay via browser.
Have tried uninstall, restart, reinstall. No change.
