Can't leave feedback

Just got scammed and I want to leave negative feedback and it won't let me, I would sure like to let people know about this crook!

Were you scammed by a buyer?

What was the nature of the scam?

If you were scammed by a seller, did you open the appropriate kind of case within the appropriate time frame?

Can you tell that we would like to offer  advice or sympathy but need more details to be able to offer either?

sorry, I was the buyer I was sent wrong tracking, when it came wrong item did not answer many emails.

opened a case today ebay refunded me so i went to leave feedback and it wont let me.

and this is the second one this week, different buyer though
