Can't get page to open.

I can not open my purchase page. I can open and view everything else on Ebay but not my purchases. Any ideas?

Do you mean your "Purchase History" page won't open?

If you are trying to use an old bookmark, try going through the main ebay.com page and following the dropdown links from the "my eBay" heading up top.

You should also be able to see all your purchases on your Summary page.

If the items you purchased were on any of your watch lists, you should be able to go to the item pages and pay from there as well.

If your "Purchase History" page continues to be a problem, see if you can use another browser to open it.

Read my reply to your other topic for a possible solution.  There have been many glitches on ebay's site recently, but not all of the issues are ebay problems.
