Same here. I have not been able to make any purchases on ebay for 3 days either. I've reported this to ebay in two chat sessions, but they have not fixed the problem. This glitch is affecting many people.
Orders have been coming in consistently. Hence, there are definitely buyers who aren't having issues buying on the platform. Have you tried using a different browser? Also, clear the cache & cookies.
What operating system version are you using? Many mac users with OS 10 versions seem to have problems lately, along with some OS 11 users if they cannot install the latest version of a popular browser.
