I purchased a hedge trimmer that I thought was manufactured in the USA but to my surprise a box with large letters "Made in China" arrived. I already purchased several pieces of equipment from worxtools and the tool in the picture on ebay imitates the colors of the worxtool equipment. Granted I should have noticed that the name for the Hedge Trimmer is Blue Ridge BR8260U.
The return fee is close to $50.00 so I might as well keep the item, but I think I would like to see something added on ebay that identifies the originality of the item you are purchasing.

I agree. I recently bought supplements made in China, which i would ordinarily never do. I went back to look at the listing and country of origin was left blank. That should be a required item specific and not be allowed to be left blank.

Try to send the seller a message first.
That way you know a little more about who your dealing with.

If the title of the listing you bought from said it was a Worx trimmer, and the tool you received was not a Worx brand tool, file a not as described dispute, using the More Actions button in your purchase history. The seller will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost or refunding you in full if they do not want to pay the return cost. If you contacted them and they told you that you had to pay to ship it back, they were lying. Read the terms of eBay's Money Back Guarantee, in the link below. On the page that opens click on When item received by buyer doesn't match the description. Once you open a dispute it will show up just above your purchase history and only respond to messages in it, not to messages in your regular ebay messages.
If the seller you bought from is the 2nd to last one who left you feedback. I looked at several of their listings, and found many things wrong with them, starting with saying items are eBay refurbished, saying there is a 1 year warranty and giving conflicting information about tools.
Before buying from any seller always check their feedback profile page. To do that scroll down a listing page where you see their username in a large font. Below that will be a few comments then an oval with a See all Feedback button. Click on that, and on the page that opens, you can click on the numbers of neutral and negative feedback they have received, to read only those comments.
