What we're saying @trexjojo5321 is
- your $470 package (without a doll inside)
- had the address of the Conoco on Wicks for example
- where it was refused both afternoons Monday and Wednesday.
So the tracking shows refused, but your security cameras don't show the refusals at the Conoco.
Instead of your post office on Wicks, go to another post office (they're all on the same computer system) and ask that agent-in-charge there to check the address on the label of your package. If it's not your address, then Scotty is running a "false tracking" scam, and your not-a-doll package is on its way back.

Sorry I didn't realize that this was the same/connected to the gas station post.
@trexjojo5321 you need to do as others advised and get in writing on USPS letterhead that it wasn't addressed to you and then appeal.
