I bought an Ebay card of 100bucks, On my balance it shows $0.. I don’t know what’s wrong

How about returning to this thread and giving more details of exactly what happened?

When you say you "bought an Ebay card", do you mean it was an eBay gift card?

And did  you buy it to pay for something you found listed on another site, not eBay?

First how long did you wait after you purchased it to check. It does take some time.

Did the scratch off strip look un tampered with?   There are a lot of scams with those cards and a big reason they should never be purchased.

Have you checked with the store where you bought it?   I hope you paid with a credit card as this could get messy. I just hoped you checked a bit too soon and all is good.

You cannot use an eBay card. 

You need  an eBay account registered in the U.S., and a U.S. shipping address.

I meant I bought an Ebay gift card.. I didn’t pay for something on another site. I think Ebay have to change their ways. The gift card was newly bought and to my surprise i got $0.00 in my balance.. I’m not getting an Ebay gift card anymore, I just lost $100 for crying out loud

I have been waiting forever to get the money on it.. Went back to the store and they told me they have the money on the card which was a lie..

You don't understand. You live in Nigeria and eBay gift cards can only be redeemed by  members registered in the US and shipped to a US address. You purchase them to send as a GIFT to a friend or a relative that lives in the US. You should have read the gift card terms and faqs before you bought the card. You can sell the card to cardcash.com or giftcardgranny.com.
