Authentication

I recently bought a pair of sneakers qualified for authentication on Sept 30 2021 and is expected to be delivered on October 18 2021, the only issue is the seller hasn’t provided the tracking information, which in turn the tracking info hasn’t updated, will the people at the authentication center update the tracking info or is it only to the sellers responsibility to provide the tracking, it’s my first time buy with  authentication so I’m not sure how the tracking works, please help?

Once it leaves the authentication center, you should receive a tracking number from them.

It has got to be the authentication center providing the tracking.   The seller would have no way of knowing in advance what the tracking number would be as the authentication center reships the item.

How long does this process take?  My Birken is in Las Vegas and nothing appears to be happening.

I shipped sneakers with authentication to eBay and eBay notified me that shipment has been shipped to buyer with a new tracking number however the number was not sent to me so I cannot track this package.
