I purchased a pair of Jordan 12s to replace the pair I have (same exact model and color way… ovo 12s black) and the pair I got do not match. They look ok for fakes, but the inner lining is off, alignment of the heel tabs is off, and worst of all the shoe is flimsy as all hell and if you have had 12s you know they are tanks that do not have any give in them. They also came with incorrect laces, and a one sided retro card that did not come with the original pair. I filed an appeal to eBay’s decision that they were authentic but they denied it saying the product is real. I doubt I had a person review my claim as I do not have any way to speak to somebody from eBay directly. For me I see this as a reality that these Authenticators are not to be trusted and even worse I now have no recourse due to their policies and now I have paid $230 for a pair I could have gotten off dhgate for $40… definitely going to use other services in the future and suggest you do the same.

After you lose a return and an appeal at eBay @rojon-0
- you can file another return request here (if that's how you paid)
- and if you lose there as well, file a GOODS NOT AS DESCRIBED chargeback with your card issuer
to get your refund.
You may have to pay return shipping yourself, but don't drop this, if you've been duped.
