Another question about fake diet pills

I came on here the other day asking about how eBay is allowing so many fake  Exipure Diet Pills.  I just wanted to say that I did find some that supposedly aren't fake but something strange is going on and I wanted to see if it was actually allowed.  One seller has 30 auction style listings going on with every one of them ending on the same day at the same time.  I don't know how someone can list 30 listings so fast but here's more.  Some of the photos are different some seemingly stock.  He has never answered any of my questions and he has zero feedback.  Does anyone have any input on this or am I just being silly thinking some of this is odd?

If you have time you can go and edit this post and remove the sellers name, that is not to be posted here.

Another question about fake diet pills

I went back and pushed the dealy bob in the upper right hand corner to try and edit it but it doesn't have an edit option or even a delete option.  I didn't know I wasn't allowed to give the sellers name.  I just want people to be able to see what I was talking about.  How do I fix this?

It was corrected for me.  But I don't know if it is still active.  Sorry for the error. Thanks again for fixing it for me.

Sellers can set up any number (or all) of their auctions in advance to end at a specific time, so that's not odd.

Sellers can use their own photos, catalog photos or stock photos, so that's not odd, either.

Were those your only two questions?

There is a "Report item" link on every listing. If you feel these listings are violating an eBay policy, you can report them via that link.

Yes those were really the only questions I had and thank you for clearing them up for me.  Now that I think about it ... it's Craigslist that  doesn't like people using stock photos.   Hey, I'm old and my mind is a bit rusty and I got things confused.  LOL. I just hope that since this seller has no feedback that he's not auctioning off what LOOKS like the real thing ... and yet the buyers  end up with the fakes that sooooooooo many people are selling under the Exipure name.  Thanks for your response.

Another question about fake diet pills

Like there are any real diet pills?   No need for pills, just put down the fork.

There are many listing tools that allow sellers to list many items is very little time.  Sellers can list a lot of items so long st the items don't break any rules.  How do you know those pills are fake?

Another question about fake diet pills

I believe in the fork solution, not diet pills, but someone who wanted them wanted me to investigate them and I found that many people are using the Exipure diet pills name to reap off their positive feedback, and more.  That is theft and that is just wrong.  I know they are fakes because Exipure only sells 30 pills in each bottle, NOT 60 as the fakes are doing.  The photo on the bottle is also wrong, close but still wrong, and the ingredients are TOTALLY different.  I hope that clarifies everything.

Sellers can pay to have listings open at a certain time. Nothing strange about it.

And if he is selling a particular product over and over, he can use Sell Similar along with the time choice.

and he has zero feedback.

While it is possible that he has just started a new account because another was blocked (NARU) it is also possible that he is an experienced seller who knows how to do his job efficiently. Members can have several IDs, although each has to have a different email address.

It would make more sense with a product that has a defined market, and which he has a lot of, to use Fixed Price/Immediate Payment Required. That's free and he would have his pills available for 30 days rather than disappearing in seven.

I know they are fakes because

You should contact the Exipure company who have good reason to act on counterfeits.

You could also use the eBay workers on social media to alert them to the problem.

I just feel weird about what's going on.  I just hope the people who win these 30 auctions are sent what is shown in the photo and item description and not fakes and I wonder if he's done it before and that's why he has zero feedback.  I might bet on one just to check it out.  If I get fakes ... I will ask eBay for a refund after returning the junk to the buyer ... IF he's still on eBay, that is.

Exipure knows very well that there are a lot of fakes but I don't know if they are aware of how many are on eBay or if they know and are trying to do something about it but eBay isn't doing anything because they are making money off the fakers.  Who knows.  Money is evil.   And, who do i get a hold of the eBay workers on social media.  I only do Facebook, nothing else, so is that what you mean?

I thought I would add that on this sellers auctions he talks about all the fakes and says "You can only buy the authentic product through the official website" and even has a red flashing button to click on to go directly to Exipures website.  So is he/she also selling the fakes on eBay even though they look like the real deal in his/her item description because it says you can't buy the real pills anywhere except through their website.

Can't take the credit for that one, I think you have 5 minutes to edit a post, and another poster can not edit your post, but a moderator can come in and do it at any time.

No harm, no foul, all is well now 😊
