On July 2,2023 I purchased a JBL 310 party Box Speaker from a Ebay seller. The seller received my payment of $386.65 + a eBay gift money card for $75.00. I paid $420.00 + 11.95 shipping and 30.00 tax. Ebay showed seller got paid. That was the last I heard from the seller with repeated texts I sent the seller. Now I have Ebay sending me in circles. I'm asking for a refund with no help from Ebay, with them sending me in circles without no answers. All I wanted was the product or refund. I NEED HELP

Stop communicating with the seller.
You didn't give any details about the "circles" that eBay was sending you in. Your communication directly with eBay should be specifically in the form of a claim for "Item not received", which can be filed on the day after the latest estimated delivery date. How are you being sent in circles?
eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers is pretty clear and offers good protection.
When/if a buyer has not received his purchase within a day of its last estimated delivery, he can open an item not received case. He then waits 3 more days for a response from the seller or for the item to arrive.
Not happening? Then he returns to his case and requests that eBay step in.
There is no need to call eBay -- this is all automatic.

Go to the order and click the dropdown box. One of the options will be something to the effect of, "I didn't receive my item." Click and submit.
Seller will have a number of days to respond with tracking showing delivery and if there's no response or no delivery scan by the end of the timeframe, you can go back to the claim and ask ebay to step in.
You'll get your refund.
