1 unpaid item showing in app on iOS when it shouldn't

I recently purchased an item after accepting an offer from the seller. I paid for the item in full, received it and left good feedback. Yet for some reason, I'm seeing 1 unpaid item in the mobile app. This is apparently an ongoing issue dating back to around 2018. I've seen various other posts about this issue with no apparent resolution. Who the heck is dropping the ball on the app here?! There is no reason that this should go unresolved for five plus years.

Ignore it.  This site has many more important glitches that ebay needs to resolve like sold items getting relisted. Now that one is a major glitch.  You paid for the item and got it, right? Just ignore the message.

I've been trying to ignoring it, but I'm starting to get emails and push notifications about it that are becoming rather annoying. Apparently I can't even change the payment information used to make the purchase, as now that is frozen in place until the issue is resolved also. So regardless of how insignificant it might seem compared to other issues, it's rather hard to just ignore it. Maybe eBay shouldn't be having so many issues for buyers or sellers in general. The fact that some of these issues have been known for years is just ridiculous.
