주소 배송안해줌

페이팔을 통해 이베이싸이트 물건을 구매하게되엇고 판매자는 한국주소말고 계속 영어주소를 변경해달라해서 

나의계정 영어주소를 변경하여 판매자에게 메세지보냇지만 여전히 영어주소로 변경되지않았다며 배송을 보내주지 않는 상황입니다.

어떻게 해야하나요??

“I bought an eBay site item through PayPal, and the seller kept asking me to change my English address instead of the Korean address. I changed my account English address and sent a message to the seller, but it is still a situation where shipping is not sent saying that it has not been changed to an English address. What should I do??”

Sellers are required to send to the address specified at checkout.

Once an order has been placed, changing your address on your profile will not change the address that appears on the order details.

Simply translating the address from Korean to English shouldn’t pose an issue but maybe the seller doesn’t know this.

Maybe ask the seller to cancel your original purchase and re-purchase now that you’ve modified your address on file.

Tell the buyer this:

As long as the last line of the address says KOREA it will get to you just fine. Assuming the seller prints the label through Paypal or eBay then either of them will simply copy and paste whatever you write. The U S post office only needs to know the country to where it is going not the street or city. The U S post office will send it to Korea with the obvious assumption that the Korean postal workers will be able to read it and know where to send it. In fact, if your local carrier does not speak English then the package will get lost or delayed. So it is best to stay in Korean.

I am assuming you are not fluent in English because this post is in Korean not English. If you use a Google type translator you run the risk of a bad translation with the package going astray.

I have had packages addressed in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Yiddish, Cryllic Russian and more. Every one of them was delivered safely as long as the last line, the country name, is in English.
