selling buttons

I inherited a lot of buttons and I am weeding out the ones that I don't wish to keep. If I put them up for auction is it better to sell sets together or separately. Right now I am planning on listing a set of celluloid with brass overlay and cut steels. There are 6 in it and I just wasn't sure of how to list it.

Well it depends, some collectors like sets and some like separates, you can do small grouping of similar kinds or large grouping of mixed lots, either way believe me if the buttons are interesting or collectable they will sell. Good Luck and enjoy selling! 🙂
