We've had Wunderstump Books for almost 15 years, and when my husband died a year ago, and though a novice, I continued the enterprise. I've taken about a four-month hiatus in posting any books, and now I'm having trouble with the "Upload photos from mobile" feature. Either I've forgotten a certain step in these few months or something else is going on, because it used to work flawlessly. FYI, I take photos with an iPhone, but list the books through the website using my PC, since it has two large monitors. Please help! What am I doing wrong? This is very frustrating. Thanks.

So sorry for your loss. About the issue, have you checked if the app or website has had any updates recently? Sometimes features like mobile photo uploads can change slightly with updates. plus ensure your iPhone photos are in a compatible format (like JPEG instead of HEIC). You can also double-check if the mobile app and your PC browser are logged into the same account. it sounds basic, but it can sometimes be the culprit.
