I don't think it's a misprint,
since WorldCat gives the same number to both.

I don't think it's worth any more on that account.

Still, it's sellable on eBay.

Kick it out of the nest and see if it flies.

Item Title:
"1919 book by Chess Grandmaster EMANUEL LASKER"

Put it in a chess category, even though it's a philosophy book

Hi,
I have a book called Andromedar SR1. It is a hardcover older book from the artist of Yellow Submarine. A childrens book with crazy photos and a rather odd storyline. It is a good copy, the dustjacket has been torn and slightly wrinkled, otherwise good condition. Any help appreciated. A copy sold in the completed auctions shows one with a red binding, my copy is bright yellow with multi-colored painted dots. Thank you! Jenny

There's a bunch of copies on used.addall.com/
ranging in price from $15 to $140

I don't know the significance of the differences in binding.

I recently picked up a booklet titled "Camera Studies Indiana University Bloomington, Indiana. It is published by the Indiana University Bookstore, in @ 1938. 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" in size.
I have not found it in Abe or ADDall, but two copies show up on Worldcat, at the Indiana State Library and at the Lake County Library, also in Indiana.
It is basically a softcover booklet with black and white photos of buildings on the campus. The photos are only on one side of the page, and there is a fancy string tieing the pages together.
There is some tearing on the spine, otherwise nice shape, I would call it good to very good.
Am I not finding it on the bookselling sites because it really isnt a book? If I sell it on ebay, what category should I use? Can I retire yet, once it sells?
Mike

bugler1998: Unlike stamps or coins, with books rarity is not enough.

The key factor is desireability
and then, and only then, does rarity make a difference.

Yes, it can be called a book.

I guess you could list it in photographic books or Americana.

Actually, I don't think it's very sellable.

But I would be delighted to be wrong.

Satnrose: If the booklet was solely a sports item, it would be quite desireable. But it isn't. Thanks.
