It's about time somebody asked me a really tough question!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_Jesse_Bernstein
http://userwww.sfsu.edu/~zealots/sjb/bibliog.html
My first inclination was to believe it was a printing error.
My second inclination was to believe it was a publisher's error.
But now, I think it was due to Bernstein's craziness or laziness.
He was a psycho poet.
According to WorldCat, both books have the same ISBN.
University of Washington has both books,
but they have different paginations.
I think they're almost certainly two separate books,
but with psycho poets, you never know.
I would think you have something quite valuable.
I have no idea what it is worth.
If twere mine, I'd list it as a eBay auction
with the minimum starting price of $1000.
Mind you, this is not what I think the book is worth,
but simply how I would roll the dice.
eBay is a crapshoot . .
Then if it didn't sell [which is probable],
I'd relist it for $199.99.
I wouldn't go any lower than that price.
Of course, further research may prove me wrong.....
