Need help identifying this toy

I am listing a lot of vintage Barbie items today but came across 2 items that I have no idea what they are. They were in the same box as all the clothing and accessories. Does anyone know what these are used for? As you roll them on a hard surface the tip on the top moves in and out. Thanks for your time.

Hi @dew-outlet , these pushers belong to Skediddle Kiddles. They plug into the doll's back and make the doll walk as you push it along. 

Mattel also made Peanuts (Snoopy, Lucy, Charlie Brown, Linus) and Disney (Mickey, Goofy, Donald) Skediddles.
