She's a Fashion Queen Barbie from 1963 wearing one of her three original wigs. You can try to gently remove the wig, but if it's been on for a number of years the rubber in the cap may have melted to her head. Under the wig she has brown molded hair.
You also should remove her earrings. The metal in the posts can react with the plasticizer in the vinyl and turn her ears green. It actually looks like that may already have started.
