wrong title

seller is selling book but the title in the description does not match actual book.  i asked him to fix it but to no avail.

It is possible the wrong ISBN was entered if the description is boilerplate from a service. If the seller will not fix the listing, there may be nothing you can do (most buyers go by the picture and don't read the description anyway). If you feel compelled, you can use the report option within the listing for "misleading title" as either the title or the description is wrong.

When reporting the listing, select these options:
1. Listing practices
2. Search and browse manipulation
3. Misleading title
4. "Continue" to open Comment box.
