seller sent wrong item and wants me to pay to return and called me stupid in a message. is there no number to talk to a person from ebay about this problem? its going to cost me $25 and time to go to ups.

If the seller sent you the wrong item (not what you purchased) you can use Ebay's Money Back Guarantee to get a refund.
You need to go through the Ebay Return Request process within 30 days of delivery.
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase History >> find the item, then click on "Return item" in the drop down menu on the right. Follow the instructions, make sure you specify the reason why you are returning the item. You should be provided with a return shipping label. If not, a few days later you can return to your Return Request details and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.
