At times eBay tells me they will send a code for me to verify myself. I have a cell phone to contact so I can receive the code without trying to navigate and hold in place my contact with eBay ( they have on file the number) since I am on my website and lose connection if I attempt to put the current message on hold so I can retrieve the code.
My tech skills are very limited and once again I have no idea if there is a concerned business associate within eBay to help me.
