I ordered something from an Ebay seller that is defective, and she offered me a small refund and I said no! I order a cane and the light on it is broken and it won't stand on its own. Totally useless! The second offer was that she would send me a new one if I ordered something from her store and she would send the replacement
cane with the new order. Personally, I feel like that was a total bribe. What are some of your feelings about this?
Maybe I'm just ole/old school and would never make an offer like that especially when the buyer is already unhappy with something they ordered that is completely useless.
Thank you for your time,
Teresa

@Anonymous
Ignore the sellers "offers" and file a Return Request.
Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return.
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
