what does this mean i wanted to return the item i got the return label then decided that i wanted the product anywat then i pushed return on this item is closed what does this mean? does it mean that i get to kepp the item and not ship it back for a return?

Yes.  If you wish to keep the item and not send it back, you can close the return.
